Présentation

The Law firm Schaeffer, Hengel, Geiben & Associés was founded in 1966.

Our offices are based in the heart of Luxembourg-City, one of the main finance centres in Europe.

The firm is made up of four partners, each of them leading a team of lawyers specialized in their practice areas.

The firm is able to defend the interests of its national and international clients, in six languages, French, English, German, Luxembourgish, Italian, Portuguese and this in a large number of juridical areas, notably in business- and financial law, in fiscal law, in civil and commercial law, in criminal law, in labour law as well as in administrative law.

Besides giving juridical advices, all the partners and Senior Associates of the law firm Schaeffer, Hengel Geiben & Associés represent their clients before all the courts of the Grand Duchy, before the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
